Meet your Coach

Hey, I’m Amanda,

About ten years ago, I was in a tough spot with my health. After going through a really rough time, I started having all sorts of issues: digestive problems, hormone imbalances, constant tiredness, loss of muscle, hair loss, and itchy skin. 

I felt completely stuck and didn’t know where to turn.

Like many people, I spent hours on Google trying to figure out what was wrong, but I just ended up more confused. I went to doctors and had a bunch of tests done, but everything came back “normal.” I even tried elimination diets, but they were too hard to keep up with my busy life.

Things finally changed when I discovered Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. It turned out I had something called a calcium shell that was messing with my thyroid. With this information, I created a plan to heal my body from the inside out.

My recovery plan had three main steps:

Figuring out what was going on in my body

Analyze

Identifying what was causing my symptoms

Eliminate & Repair

Removing the triggers and healing my body

This approach worked so well for me that I decided to help others who were struggling like I was.

Now, as a health coach, my goal is to help you find the root causes of your health issues and guide you towards real, lasting solutions. No quick fixes or harsh diets—just practical, sustainable strategies that fit your life.
